New Warby Parker opens Saturday

The newest Warby Parker store opens Saturday, Sept. 10, at 858 Market Street in the Watters Creek shopping center. The new Allen location is less than two miles from the Plano city limits.

It will be the popular glasses and contact retailer’s sixth store in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including a Legacy West store. There are now 17 Warby Parker stores in Texas and more than 180 across the U.S. and Canada.

“We’re excited to connect with even more of our customers in the community and expand our longstanding presence in Texas,” a company spokesperson said in a release announcing the opening date.

The new store features colorful custom store artwork by Bria Benjamin.  It will offer eye exams and carry a wide range of prescription glasses and sunglasses, including Warby Parker’s new Fall 2022 and The Color Block Edit collections. The company’s brand of daily contact lenses, Scout by Warby Parker will also be available for purchase, as will third-party contacts.
