New Year’s Eve dining specials in Plano

From seafood to sushi and steak to pasta, Plano's eateries feature special menus on New Year's Eve for every taste.

As the holidays come to a close, it’s time to ring in the new year. Here are several dining specials around our city to celebrate the coming of 2025:

Princi Italia

3300 Dallas Parkway

From 4 to 10:30 p.m., Princi Italia is cooking up a special menu TBD.

Earls Restaurant

7401 Windrose Avenue, Suite D-100

This restaurant is celebrating with an exclusive three-course set menu from 3 to 11 p.m. on December 31.

Kona Grill 

West Plano Village, 5973 W Parker Road

Specials include a New Year’s Specialty Cocktail served in a souvenir cup for $19, spicy yellowtail sushi tacos for $27, a 10 ounce prime rib for $43, a parmesan-crusted sole for $47 and a warm chocolate molten lava cake for $15.

Legacy West

Legacy Hall, 7801 Windrose Avenue

The shopping center is celebrating with a Hollywood Glitz & Glam-themed NYE party from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. with an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., all drinks included, for certain tickets and a cash bar from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. for others. Live music and entertainment and a Hollywood photo booth. Tickets currently range from $60-1,350 and are subject to change.

Uchiko

The sushi eatery is celebrating 2025 with a 10-course omakase dinner for two for $395, which includes lobster crisp, bluefin tuna carpaccio, shima aji crudo, miso butternut tart, nigiri, tempura blossom, yakitori scallop, ora king tataki, sashimi, koji lamb chop and pecan pie.

KĀI Lounge

7301 Windrose Avenue. Suite C-200

KĀI Lounge is ringing in the new year with cocktails, a live DJ from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and unlimited Moët and Chandon from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Reservations start at $100. KĀI also has an Omakase menu from 9 to 11:30 p.m.

CRÚ Food & Wine Bar

7201 Bishop Road

CRÚ is serving a four-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person with dishes like lobster bisque, black truffle fonduta ravioli, miso-glazed Alaskan black cod and New York-style cheesecake. The menu runs from 5 p.m. to midnight.

Truluck’s

7161 Bishop Road

Truluck’s is offering a special a la carte menu from 4 to 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve with a glass of Bollinger Special Cuvee Champagne for $28, a choice of seven appetizers, 10 mains, four sides, three desserts and myriad wine pairings and cocktails.

Holy Grail Pub

8240 Preston Road, Suite 150

The pub is serving up a $75 dinner and drink special including cold-poached shrimp, mushroom bisque in puff pastry, smoked beef tenderloin filet, and raspberry sponge cake with chocolate mousse for dessert. Each course will have a drink pairing. Reservations required.

Urban Seafood Co.

1104 14th Street

Urban Concepts is hosting a NYE wine dinner starting at 8:30 p.m. with Champagne pairings and a four-course meal for $150 per person.
