PHOTOS: Primrose School of West Plano students celebrate Thank a Mail Carrier Day

Preschoolers at Primrose learned about mail carriers and wrote thank-you cards, leaving them in the mailbox for our area mail carriers.

February 4 is National Thank a Mail Carrier Day, and Primrose preschoolers around the Metroplex celebrated by making thank-you notes expressing appreciation.

According to a press release, these 3-and-four-year-olds created thank you notes, learned about mail carrier safety and how mail carriers ensure our mail gets delivered six days a week, 52 weeks a year. These Primrose School of West Plano students then placed the letters in the mailbox for their carrier to find:
