Sarah Jaffe to Headline the Grand Opening of Legacy Hall’s Box Garden May 18

Perhaps you’ve already eaten your way through the 20+ food stalls at Legacy Hall. Or tried one of the brewery tours at Unlawful Assembly. Get ready to experience this one-of-a-kind venue in a new way.

Legacy Hall’s beer garden and live entertainment venue – known as the Box Garden – is nearing completion and has just announced that Denton-born singer/songwriter Sarah Jaffe will be headlining its four-day Grand Opening Celebration with a live performance on Friday, May 18. Tickets for the concert will go on sale Friday, March 2. Fans can grab them for just $25 a piece at Prekindle.com.

The Box Garden at Legacy Hall is an outdoor beer garden and entertainment venue located at ground level adjacent to the food hall. Its name derives from the reclaimed shipping containers that comprise the majority of the structure. The space will hold up to 1,500 people, provide a plethora of seating options, and house more food and beverage options for visitors, including: Carlton Provisions BBQ, a tiki bar, a stillhouse lounge, the Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. Outpost, and two rotating pop-ups along with a Hawaiian shaved ice stand. Its centerpiece will be the 600-square-foot event stage and massive LED screen that will provide constant entertainment for Legacy Hall’s guests. The sprawling courtyard will host everything from concerts and festivals to holiday parties and culinary events.
