Studio Pilates International opened a West Plano location last week, marking the second Texas location for the national chain after one opened in North Plano late last year.
The studio is owned by David and Alyson de Prez, who also own the North Plano location.
“The opening reflects a broader shift happening across the Texas fitness landscape, as consumers increasingly gravitate toward efficient, lower-impact workouts that prioritize consistency, recovery, and long-term wellness,” a press release stated. “While Pilates was once viewed as niche, the category has rapidly expanded in markets like North Texas, particularly among professionals, athletes and parents seeking more sustainable, low-impact fitness options.”
To celebrate the grand opening, the studio is offering six classes for $60 for new clients.
Studio Pilates International is located at 3300 Dallas Parkway, Suite 102, in West Plano Village.
