A new cocktail lounge set to open on the second floor of Legacy Hall will allow guests to enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience.

Tonic, named after the bar’s elixir-style tonics, has large garage doors that open up the indoor space to the terrace.

Visitors can sip on signature cocktails including the Spanish Gin Tonic, which is served with edible flowers, the cucumber cooler, the black berry bourbon mule and the smoked pineapple. Or if they prefer, they can choose from classic cocktails, wine and beer.

To celebrate the opening, Legacy Hall is hosting a “Midsummer Nights” party, which is free and open to the public. There will be a pop-up from Ketel One and a build-your-own flower crown station surrounded by a foliage-filled space. Music by DJ Blake Ward will background the event.

Tonic will be open Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight, Fridays from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Legacy Food Hall is located at 7800 Windrose Ave.
