Adriano’s merges with Amoretto while NoRa Asian Fresh debuts

Adriano’s Italian Restaurant, formerly located at 7801 Alma Drive, has combined operations with sister restaurant Amoretto Italian at 101 West Spring Creek Parkway. The Adriano’s brand lives on as a virtual restaurant where people can order online through Uber Eats, DoorDash and Slice. Amoretto remains opens to sit-down patrons.

Owner Adrian Pozhegu says things have been going well so far with plenty of customers coming in.

“It’s a pretty similar menu but slightly different,” he says. “It’s still BYOB. We have high ratings, good service and good food.”

The former Adriano’s site did not say vacant for long. NoRa Asian Fresh now occupies the spot. It’s a fast causal restaurant specializing in Asian inspired dishes like teriyaki bowls, ramen noodles and sushi.

The restaurant has five locations in Arizona with an additional five scheduled to open there soon. The first Texas NoRa Asian Fresh opened earlier this year in Richardson
