On January 12, 2016, over $300,000 was raised at the Dallas Stars Foundation’s 17th Annual Casino Night, presented by Park Place Lexus in Plano. With more than 700 guests, this event is the Dallas Stars Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year.
The benefit hosted Dallas Stars players, coaches, play-by-play announcers and staff members, serving as dealers and entertainers to put on an exciting event for all that attended.
Guests participated in a silent auction, which featured autographed memorabilia such as jerseys from current and former Dallas Stars players, as well as unique experience packages such as the opportunity to travel with the Stars team to an Away game. Guests were treated to a delicious meal from III Forks and had the opportunity to taste and take home Jack Daniel’s Whiskey.
Jordan Case, President of Park Place Lexus, was a gracious host, proud to partner with the Dallas Stars Foundation. Park Place Lexus was the perfect venue for the event, providing an upscale backdrop to the evening.
The Dallas Stars Foundation was established to serve as a positive force throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth community. The Foundation focuses its efforts on supporting children in the community so they may lead quality lives and develop into contributing members of society. Through teamwork, interaction and education, the Dallas Stars Foundation works to bring together members of the community to build a bright future for our youth.
