Granite Park 6, a highly amenitized 19-story office space, is officially open, announced Granite Properties and Highwood Properties earlier today.
The office space kicked off construction in December 2021. Contracted by Austin Commercial and designed by BOKA Powell and HKS Architects, Granite Park 6 aims to be a space that fosters collaboration, meaningful connections, learning, productivity and relaxation.

The building features a two-story porte-cochère connecting the office to a six-story parking garage; a two-story lobby that features piano music, a market café and a three-story staircase; a 150-seat lecture hall with three conference rooms; a sixth-floor landscaped amenity terrace connecting to a fitness studio, indoor customer lounge and golf simulator; contactless smart card access; a destination dispatch elevator system; organized social activities and charity efforts and six Ready Suites that are move-in ready.

The office space is part of Granite Park’s 2.3 million square feet of mixed-use development that includes five office buildings, walkable shops, restaurants, The Boardwalk at Granite Park and a Hilton Hotel.
