It’s no secret that Kenny’s Burger Joint is a Plano favorite. In fact, Kenny’s Burger Joint won Best Burger Joint in our Best of Plano contest in 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2023, 2nd in 2018 and 3rd in 2017.
The Plano-favorite is celebrating 15 years in business with free cheese fries at their Plano and Frisco locations. According to a press release, the burger joint has served 4.2 million customers since opening 15 years ago.
Kenny’s Burger Joint one of many dining concepts birthed by Kenny Bowers, who’s created or worked on concepts include Daddy Jack’s Lobster & Chowder, Big Fish Little Fish, Rockfish Seafood Grill, Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill, Kenny’s Italian Kitchen and Kenny’s East Coast Pizza.
The restaurant features hickory-grilled burgers, sandwiches, salads and signature apps like Kenny’s Loaded Cheese Fries, which come with cheddar cheese, jalapenos, bacon, chives and ranch.
Normally $11.99, the cheese fries are free from Jan. 22-25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Kenny’s Burger Joint Plano is located in Lakeside Market at 5809 Preston Road Suite #588.
