Spa Habitat 10th Anniversary Event: An Evening with Nastia Liukin

Spa Habitat is celebrating its 10th anniversary with several weeks of exciting events, beginning with a meet and greet with decorated Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin at its Shops at Legacy location on Tuesday, September 27. Beginning at 7pm, fans and customers can meet Nastia, take photos with her and get autographs.

Known for winning five Olympic medals at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, Nastia is now a motivational speaker and sports broadcaster, and she recently commentated at the Rio Olympics last month. Nastia’s family still lives in North Texas, where they are co-owners of the World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA). In fact, Nastia’s father, Valeri Liukin, was just selected as the U.S. women’s national team coordinator.

Nastia and her family have been customers of Spa Habitat for years, according to Spa Habitat CEO Greg Bohn. Nastia’s belief in living a healthy, organic lifestyle is reflected in the principles and products at Spa Habitat, so the partnership was perfect. “We love Nastia, and she loves our business,” remarked Bohn.

At the event, Spa Habitat will also be treating visitors to complimentary skin care consultations and product demos. Steel City Pops will provide complimentary refreshments to the first 300 guests. Guests may start lining up at the Spa Habitat Shops at Legacy location at 5pm. Prior registration is not required.

This event kicks off 10 weeks of spa specials to celebrate Spa Habitat’s 10th anniversary. A new special will be revealed on Spa Habitat’s website and Facebook page every Sunday from September 25 through December 3.

Spa Habitat is an award-winning organic spa, featuring its own line of non-toxic skin care products, Clovertree Apothecary. The first location opened ten years in a quaint Victorian-era home in downtown Plano. That location is now their flagship location, and four more have been added since.
