Samsung US, headquartered in Plano, Texas, posted a video this week alleging Spider-Man paid the headquarters a visit.
OK, so obviously he didn’t really visit. But the Plano campus’ feature on the tech giant’s website could be indicative of a shift after the announcement that Samsung is moving its national HQ from New Jersey to Plano.
The ad announced the launch of spideytracker.com, an interactive web page set up by Sony and Samsung Galaxy ahead of the movie’s release at the end of July. There, you can view “Spider-Man” sightings across the globe, including the Plano one.
@samsungus Our security cam caught an anomaly at 02:14 AM on Plano HQ’s feed. Can’t confirm whether a certain masked hero is following the rumors of our next big reveal, but the timing seems suspicious… 🕷️ #SpideyTracker See #SpiderManBrandNewDay exclusively in Theaters July 31st! @Spider-Man Movie ♬ original sound – Samsung US
