Twisted Root now open in Plano

Twisted Root is now open at 1212 14th Street in the spot formerly occupied by The Hub. The restaurant features an assortment of made-to-order burgers and side items as well as beers and signature cocktails.  The new Plano outpost will also feature a large outdoor area with cornhole and TVs for sports watching.

Chefs Jason Boso and Quincy Hart opened the first Twisted Rood in Deep Ellum back in 2006.  Three years later, the restaurant gained national attention after being featured on the television show “Diners Drive-Ins and Dives.”  Today there are nine locations in Texas, seven of which are in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. Twisted Root has also expanded to Birmingham, Ala., Shreveport, LA. and Winter Park, Florida.
