The 11th Annual Plano International Festival was this past Saturday in downtown Plano’s Haggard Park. Dancers, performers, volunteers and vendors proudly represented Plano’s diverse cultural backgrounds. Photographer Charlise Larson was there to capture some of these moments for Plano Magazine.
