Ford’s Garage, a Florida favorite burger bar inspired by Henry Ford himself, has finally made its way to Texas and is set to open in Plano next week.
The garage-themed dive serves up every burger under the sun, with chicken, turkey, veggie and bison patties with a variety of topping options.
Burgers aren’t all they serve, however. With a variety of appetizer and comfort food options, a macaroni and cheese bar, sandwiches, shakes, brunch and more, there is something for everyone. On the lighter side, there are rev’ed up salads with chicken, beef, shrimp, ahi tuna or salmon.
Ford’s Garage also boasts an extensive craft beer menu, with over 20 local and domestic options. Combined with the full bar, the restaurant curates concoctions like Hoptails, which combine beer and liquor for unique drinks like the Mustard Mary. The drink combines Lagunitas IPA, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Bloody Mary mix, a slice of bacon, a pickle spear, a lime wedge, a blue cheese stuffed olive and a Lagunitas IPA chaser.
The cocktail menu also features mules, frozen spiked lemonades, margaritas, wine, and $6 premium wells all day, every day.
The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. starting with a Family and Friends Event on June 10 and 11 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Reservations are required for the event, and only parties of four or fewer are available.
The restaurant will officially open on Monday, June 13.
