Kenny Bowers is a North Texas treasure; his restaurants are beloved by locals. On March 19 five of the restaurants in the Kenny’s family closed after eateries were ordered to close dine-in service, leaving to-go operations consolidated at Kenny’s East Coast Pizza restaurant.
The chef announced a plan today to reopen five of his six namesake restaurants in Plano, Frisco and Dallas.
Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill will reopen April 27 for to-go and delivery 4-8 p.m. daily. On May 1, the dining room will reopen at 25% capacity. Hours will be Sun-Thurs 4-10 p.m.; Fri-Sat 4-11 p.m.

Kenny’s Burger Joint will reopen both locations April 30 for to-go and delivery 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily. On May 1, the dining room will reopen at 25% capacity. Hours will be Sun-Thurs 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; Fri-Sat 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
