As 2023 comes to a close and 2024 awaits, there's still time for the late-planners of Plano to make reservations for the holiday across the city.

2024 is upon us, and if it came as quickly to you as it did to my household, you haven’t had a chance to think about where you’ll spend the new year. Never fear, there are several events around the city to enjoy the new year’s festivities.

Fowling Warehouse DFW is hosting its second annual New Year’s Eve party with a casino theme. From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., party-goers can participate in a champagne toast, balloon drop, party favors, blackjack, roulette, poker, a photo booth, DJ, a NYE giveaway, breakfast tacos at midnight and games of fowling themselves. General admission is $80, tables for four are $380, lounge seating for eight to 10 people is $760 and tables for 10 are $950. Full menus, specially priced advertisers and a cash bar will be available for additional purchase.

Moxies is celebrating the new year with a live DJ, a special NYE menu, festive cocktails and a photo booth. For $75 per person, diners will be given a three-course dinner, a celebratory glass of Prosecco. Wine and champagne by the bottle as well as signature cocktails will be available for purchase.

Knife Steakhouse is offering a dry-aged steak offering and a caviar selection paired with sparkling wines and vodka options. These options as well as a Golden Osetra Parfait will be offered at three seating times: 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Knife Plano will be closed on New Year’s Day.

Mexican Bar Company is celebrating with an a la carte menu for dinner until 8 p.m., followed by three choices for the new year: a five-course meal, a Salsa Night Party or a combination of both experiences. The menu will include ahi tuna tostadas, lamb lollipops, pan-seared scallops, an 8 oz. filet mignon and a 6 oz. lobster tail. The Salsa Night Party will feature a live band and a DJ. Packages range from $30-150 per person, depending on the experience. Tickets are available online.

Princi Italia will be open on New Year’s Eve from 4-10:30 p.m. with a special a la carte menu both dine-in and to-go.

CRU is celebrating with a three-course prix fixe menu for $75 from 5 p.m. to midnight.
