Four More Restaurants Coming to The Boardwalk at Granite Park in West Plano

Granite Properties has announced four more restaurants will join the culinary lineup at The Boardwalk at Granite Park. Two are new concepts, B. Frank & Relish and The Biscuit Bar, and two are already Dallas favorites, Pearl Cup Coffee and Edith’s French Bistro. All four restaurants are set to open sometime this spring and summer.

These four restaurants will join three eateries already located along The Boardwalk: Chips, Hookline and Union Bear. Granite Properties is currently negotiating one more tenant, which will bring the final number of restaurants at The Boardwalk at Granite Park to eight.

“From morning to night, people will be able to enjoy their breakfast, lunch and dinner or unwind for weekend brunch or happy hour at this cool and unique waterfront,” said Will Hendrickson, Managing Director, Granite Dallas. Every restaurant along the Boardwalk will have indoor and outdoor dining spaces to take advantage of the picturesque views.

The Boardwalk is a 30,000-square-foot waterfront escape located in Granite Park, a 90-acre, mixed-use campus with six Class A office buildings. The Boardwalk offers a restaurant row, patios, lounge areas, a children’s play area and fire pits and overlooks the amenity-rich, 299-room Hilton Granite Park Hotel.
