Dust off those cowboy boots and get ready for a beautiful evening under the stars at the Heritage Farmstead Museum as we celebrate historic preservation and agricultural history in North Texas. On May 10 the Farmstead will hold its annual Friends of the Farmstead Dinner and Concert.
Guests can enjoy specialty cocktails, Texas wines and craft beers with a buffet styled dinner. During dinner, opening musician James Steinle will play country folk tunes to get everyone in the honky tonk spirit.

To make the night even better, there will be Chicken Poop Bingo, a game of Heads or Tails and more fun. This fundraising event wouldn’t be complete without a live auction.
As the night progresses and the moon rises, guests will be serenaded by country music singer-songwriter Jamie Lin Wilson as she performs a live concert in the historic pole barn. Jamie recently released her second full-length solo album “Jumping Over Rocks.”
“I consider ‘Jumping Over Rocks’ to be a definitive record on myself and my style,” Jamie says. “I hope it’s something people connect with, that it’s familiar to them but also new.”
Grab your friends and reserve your spot by May 9 because you won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind night with good food, good friends and good music for a good cause.
