Nearly 500 of Plano's Liberty Mutual employees participated in a three-week service project, including some at Minnie's Food Pantry.

Recently, Liberty Mutual completed a three-week annual service program that integrates giving back into employees’ schedules. Over 470 Plano employees participated this year, completing nearly 25 projects at local nonprofits, including revitalizing local parks, mentoring youth, organizing food drives, and hosting community events.

Some volunteered at City House’s emergency shelter, My Friend’s House; North Texas Food Bank; or The Storehouse’s Seven Loaves, which distributes food to families on a weekly basis. Others went to Minnie’s Food Pantry, where they prepared bags with fresh produce and dairy items, assembled frozen items like meats and ready-to-eat meals, stocked shelves and sorted through donations.
